

24/7 Audio Account Access
With TellerPhone, the Credit Union’s automated phone system, you can access your account 24-hours a day, seven days a week. With a touchtone phone, your account numbers, and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). TellerPhone’s step-by-step voice instructions provide directions for obtaining account information and conducting transactions.
This service is another way you can:
- Make balance inquiries on savings, checking, CDs, IRAs, and loans
- Transfer money between accounts
- Make withdrawal requests
- Make loan payments (including Visa)
- See if checks have cleared
- Check the date of your last deposit
- Find out dividends paid on your accounts

When you call TellerPhone, you will hear:
Welcome to the Southern Credit Union’s 24-hour teller phone. Enter your member number. Enter your PIN: To work with a savings account, press 1 To work with a checking account, press 2 To work with a loan account, press 3 or suffix number To return to the previous menu, press # To repeat your choices, press * To speak with someone, press 0.
You will need to enter your Credit Union Membership Number and PIN before you can transact business on your account. If your PIN has expired, please contact the Credit Union’s Telephone Service Center at 770.719.1111 or 1.800.338.5882.
Types of Transactions
You can access your accounts by calling 770.460.7899 or 1.800.922.5882 and respond to the TellerPhone prompts by pressing 1, 2 or 3.
Press 1 to access Share Savings Accounts
Your Share Savings Accounts include all deposit accounts: Money Market, Certificate, IRA and Club Accounts. TellerPhone will provide an automatic recap of your current balance, available balance, last transaction balance and date of last transaction. If you have more than one type of savings account, you will hear the same information and choices for each account.
Press 2 to access Share Draft Checking Accounts
TellerPhone will provide an automatic recap of your current balance, available balance, and last transaction (details about a deposit or a withdrawal). If you have more than one checking account, you will hear the same information and choices for each account.
Press 3 to access Loan Accounts
Your Loan Accounts include all types of loans. TellerPhone will provide an automatic recap of your current balance, last payment amount, when the last payment was received, next payment amount and next payment due date. If you have more than one loan, you will hear the same information and choices for each loan.
Helpful Hints
- When entering dollar amounts, press the star key (*) to indicate a decimal.
- You may press zero at any time to be connected with an operator.
