How can I make a credit card payment?
You can make a credit card payment any time by making a transfer through The Southern’s Online Banking, using Bill Pay, using The Southern Banking App, or by calling us at 770.719.1111 or 800.338.5882.
How long does it take to get a credit card in the mail?
Once you application is approved, it typically takes 7-10 days to receive your new credit card in the mail.
How can I increase my card limit?

Can I transfer balances from other credit cards to my Visa with The Southern?
Yes! and we make it easy. Let us know when you apply for a new Visa Credit Card with The Southern that you want to transfer balances from your other credit cards. Already have a low rate Visa Credit Card with us? Just call our Telephone Service Center at 770.719.1111or 800.338.5882 and let them know you would like to transfer other balances! And the best part is we never charge any transfer fees!
