When you call TellerPhone, you will hear:Welcome to the Southern Credit Union’s 24-hour teller phone. Enter your member number. Enter your PIN: To work with a savings account, press 1 To work with a checking account, press 2 To work with a loan account, press 3 or suffix number To return to the previous menu, press # To repeat your choices, press * To speak with someone, press 0 You will need to enter your Credit Union Membership Number and PIN before you can transact business on your account.
