Signing up for Online Banking is easy!

For the first time from a computer:

  1. Go to our homepage or click the LOGIN button in the top left of our website.
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, enter your User ID and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
    The User ID is your member number that was given to you when you opened your account. You can find your member number in your new user packet or on your quick reference card.
  3. You will be prompted to enter a new User ID and password
  4. Click on Complete Sign Up
  5. You will then need to receive a one-time passcode. The passcode can be sent to your email address, cell phone as a text, or receive an automated voice call. Select how you would like to receive the one-time passcode.
  6. Enter the one-time passcode.

Removing Your Online Banking Profile

To remove your online or mobile banking profile, please submit a request to us in writing stating that you no longer want access to your online or mobile banking account. Please make sure to include a signature. Upload this request to our Secure File Drop  or mail to us at The Southern Credit Union, PO Box 1509, Fayetteville, GA 30214-6509. You may also stop by one of our convenient branches for assistance.
